  • We ask that you please provide at least 48 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling a consultation.

  • Sea, See and Si reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment when reasonably necessary.

4. Travel Services and Third-Party Providers

Sea, See and Si may assist clients in researching, planning, and arranging travel through third-party travel suppliers, including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, excursion companies, and other travel-related businesses (“Travel Suppliers”).

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Sea, See and Si does not own, operate, or control these Travel Suppliers.

Travel arrangements may therefore be subject to the separate terms, conditions, policies, cancellation rules, refund policies, health requirements, and other restrictions of the applicable Travel Supplier.

You acknowledge that:

  • Travel Suppliers are responsible for providing their respective travel products and services.

  • Travel Suppliers may change schedules, pricing, availability, itineraries, accommodations, or other travel details.

  • Travel Supplier terms and conditions may apply to your reservation.

  • Certain payments may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation penalties.

  • Travel documents, passports, visas, entry requirements, vaccination requirements, and other documentation are ultimately the traveler's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Sea, See and Si will make reasonable efforts to assist with travel planning and communication with Travel Suppliers but cannot guarantee that a Travel Supplier will provide a particular service or that a trip will occur exactly as originally planned.

5. Travel Information and Recommendations

Information provided through the Website or during consultations is intended for general travel-planning purposes.

Travel information can change frequently, including:

  • Airline schedules

  • Hotel policies

  • Cruise itineraries

  • Entry and visa requirements

  • Passport requirements

  • Government travel advisories

  • Weather conditions

A quoted price does not necessarily guarantee availability or a final price until the applicable reservation has been completed and confirmed.

7. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Payment terms, deposits, cancellation policies, refund policies, and deadlines may vary depending on the travel product and Travel Supplier.

You agree to review the applicable terms before completing a travel purchase or authorizing a payment.

Where Sea, See and Si charges a separate planning, consultation, service, or other fee, the applicable fee and refund policy will be disclosed before payment.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Sea, See and Si is not responsible for refunds, credits, or compensation controlled by a Travel Supplier.

8. User-Submitted Content

The Website may allow users or clients to submit or provide content, including photographs, reviews, testimonials, travel stories, comments, recommendations, or other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of User Content that you own.

The domain used by the Website may be registered through GoDaddy. GoDaddy's own agreements and policies govern its domain-registration services and are separate from these Terms.
